All in-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days via Standard courier or Speed Post. Custom and Bulk order items usually ship in 4-5 days. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the courier, post office to scan and receive it. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Contact us and we will replace those items.
We look forward to support greener planet. All unused and as is product items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at grassroot2550@gmail.com for return instructions and a return label. Exchanges are free but the shipping price will not be refunded for returned items.
Due to their delicate nature, plants and perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.
